Our tribute to Turkish apple tea uses an unusual but wonderfully addictive combination of green tea, apple pieces, cinnamon, cloves & pomegranate flowers.

Tea Mixologist Top Tip: Don't forget to use a splash of cold water (or a fancy kettle!) to ensure your water is around 80° so you don't burn the delicate green tea leaves - this will ensure it doesn't taste bitter!
