5 best teas for pregnancy (including raspberry leaf!)

Our Herbal blends are all naturally caffeine free, as they are just made with flowers and herbs. They're super good for you and the baby, as well as being packed with antioxidants and nutrients.

The NHS recommend you reduce your caffeine in take, and have up to 200 milligrams (mg) a day, which is two mugs of instant coffee. So, switching all or some of your daily teas to be caffeine free will allow you to still enjoy a well deserved tea break during your pregnancy.
